Sourdough bread

Over these winter holidays I was perfecting our sourdough starter and bread making procedure.
Now after roughly a month and a half I am quite pleased with results. Nice crackling crust and soft fluffy crumb. The two half a kilo loafs pictured here were spiced up with some poppy seeds. The smell and crackling sound of crust are very hard to resist while the bread is cooling.
