Piggy bye, bye

On Saturday we went to pick up our new pig and collect the finished pancetta from the previous one.
Pancetta was drying on air for three months, and the new one from this piggy is on its place drying as I write this. Prosciutto is due in November( long wait :()
It was a nice day out in the countryside with some friendly farmers and friends.
